What counts as a video?
A finished AI UGC or product video in one aspect ratio, ready to upload with no editing left for you to do. A 9:16 cut and a 1:1 cut of the same concept count as two of your 30.
Do I approve the content before you make it?
Yes, every plan. We send the hooks, scripts, and shot list, and nothing is produced until you sign off.
What do I need to give you?
Your product, your store URL or photos, and the angles that already work for you. We handle the rest.
Who owns the videos?
You do, with a full commercial license, the same as every Shhots plan. Run them on any paid channel without restriction.
What aspect ratios do I get?
All four are available: 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 and 16:9, ready for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Shopify. You are not limited to one, but each video is produced in a single ratio rather than all four, so you tell us the split you want up front. For example 20 vertical, 5 square and 5 landscape.
Can I cancel?
Yes. It is billed monthly, so you can cancel anytime.
How is this different from the $19 to $99 self-serve plans?
The self-serve plans are you running the tool yourself. This is us running it for you, including the ideation and the content plan you approve.
When do I get the videos?
Across the 30-day cycle, starting right after you approve the plan.
